Cannes Film Festival

This week saw the opening of the Cannes Film Festival.

I flew out on the 12th May to meet up with my colleagues and receive my pass to the festival.

In the first week we have networked and met with a variety of film makers, promoting our newest film “The Opportunity” and our friend Domonic Burns’ Newest Feature film “CUT” - The first one-take British Feature film.

I have been present at a couple of premieres, most exceptional was BakJwi (Thirst) by Park Chan-Wook (also made Oldboy and the rest of the Vengeance Trilogy). 

I got to walk down the Red Carpet, unknowingly followed by Quentin Tarantino and Mariah Carrey. Bit of a shock when we turned around...
